1. Shipping Policies

Shipping Destinations

Fixture King Corp. currently ships to any address in the Continental United States. Street addresses are necessary since orders cannot be delivered to PO Boxes. Due to export restrictions, we are unable to process international orders through our online site.

Each order may only have one "ship to" address. If you require multiple "ship to" addresses, please order separately for each address.

Shipping Methods and Charges

Here at Fixture King Corp. we offer you the fastest and lowest-cost shipping methods available using state of the art shipping. Fixture King Corp. utilizes UPS & FedEx Commercial Rate database to figure real time rate charges for your order. If your address is designated as a residential address in the UPS & FedEx database, you may be subject to a minor residential rate increase that will be added to your order at the time of processing. Shipping & Handling/Insurance charge is $4.95 per order.

Some oversized or special handling orders will need to be shipped via Common Carrier. On any order that exceeds 150 pounds, the shipping charge will not be shown at the time of Checkout. A customer service representative will call you and provide you with a quote on shipping costs. Delivery of oversized or special handling orders will require a signature at the time of delivery.

Each package shipped is insured up to $100.00. Should a package be valued higher than $100, an additional charge will be added.

IMPORTANT:
You will need to be sure that you have sufficient and proper equipment and personnel to unload products delivered via common carrier, as their drivers are not required to provide assistance in unloading your order.

Your credit card will not be billed without your approval.

Items will not be shipped C.O.D.

Each package shipped is insured up to $100.00. Should a package be valued higher than $100, an additional charge will be added.

Delivery Time

Due to our vast inventory, we are able to ship most orders within 1-3 business days after receiving a payment-approved order. Items listed as “special order” will be shipped at the earliest possible date. Upon receiving a “special order”, Fixture King Corp. will contact you with the projected shipping date, and will confirm the actual shipping date when it becomes available. While we make every effort to provide your order by the desired date, Fixture King Corp. does not guarantee the timely delivery of any item.

Split Shipments

For multiple-item orders, Fixture King Corp. will attempt to ship all orders complete from one location in the fewest number of shipping cartons required. Items will not be held for same time delivery.

Fixture King Corp. will on occasion drop ship equipment and or supplies from our manufacturers when the need arises due to an out of stock scenario, etc. When it is not possible to ship your entire order from our central distribution center, we will split the order and ship from multiple store locations and or shipping centers.

Shipping Locations

Fixture King Corp. usually ships from our central distribution center located in Dallas, Texas. Shipping charges are automatically figured using this distribution center as a point of origin. In some cases we may ship certain products or orders from one of our other store locations in Dallas.


Your expected delivery date is determined by the date of shipment from our shipping centers and the shipping preference you select.

While we will make every effort to provide your order by the desired date, Fixture King Corp. does not guarantee the timely delivery of any item. To avoid disappointment, please allow sufficient time for delivery.

Items listed as "special order" will be shipped at the earliest possible date. Upon receiving a "special order", Fixture King Corp. will contact you with the projected shipping date, and will confirm the actual shipping date when the order becomes available.

*Next Day Air: Next Business Day after ship date.
*2nd Day Air: Within 3 Business Days after ship date.
*Ground: Within 3-10 business days (usually 3-7 business days) after ship date.

Orders Damaged in Shipping

While every effort is made in packing and correctly filling your order, occasions will arise where a package is lost or damaged in transit. To insure your order is received complete and undamaged, we recommend the following:

1. Inspect the entire shipment for visible damage prior to accepting the shipment, and note any damage on the delivery ticket/bill of lading before the delivery person leaves.
2. Verify the number of packages delivered with the packing slip provided by Fixture King Corp. .
3. Unpack your order immediately and inspect for hidden or concealed damage.
4. Should any damage be discovered, retain the shipping carton and any inner packaging, request inspection immediately from the carrier as well as make a written request to the carrier. Hidden or concealed damage must be reported and an inspection requested within 5 days of delivery.

Then contact Fixture King Corp. Customer Service 972-230-5000 to inform us of the situation. Please have your order number, shipping information and tracking number ready to assist us in this process.

Do not attempt to return any item to Fixture King Corp. without a prior written authorization. Unauthorized returns cannot be processed.

Fixture King Corp. is not responsible for damaged items accepted and signed for at the time of delivery. Fixture King Corp. will pay for return shipping to our distribution center for an item that was sent to you in error, received defective, damaged in shipping (assuming the damaged product falls under the aforementioned criteria in the paragraph above), or has failed under warranty.

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us by phone as soon as possible. You will be responsible for round trip shipping costs on orders that have been shipped prior to cancellation, for orders that are refused at time of delivery, and orders that are returned to us due to incorrect shipping information.

2. Return Policy
Within 30 days of receiving your order, you may return, in its original carton, any regular stocked item for a full refund or exchange. Special orders may be returned within 30 days of receipt, but are subject to a 20% restocking charge or the manufacturer's actual restocking charge, should that exceed 20%. No items that have been used, custom manufactured or made to order may be returned.

The cost of shipping the original item, return shipment, and the cost of shipping an exchanged item, are the responsibility of the customer, in all cases except where Fixture King Corp. committed a shipping or order error. Round trip shipping charges will be the responsibility of the customer on orders that are shipped by Fixture King Corp. in good faith and are returned to us due to incorrect shipping information.


No item can be returned without prior written authorization. Items returned to Fixture King Corp. without authorization will not be processed. To request a return authorization, contact Fixture King Corp. 's Online Customer Service by phone at 972-230-5000.

Returning Items to an Fixture King Corp. Superstore:

For items purchased on fixtureking.com you can expect the same great service you receive in an Fixture King Corp. store. If you are not fully satisfied with your fixtureking.com purchase, return it to your local Fixture King Corp. store with the original fixtureking.com packing receipt, in the original carton, within 30 days from the date of purchase. We will exchange it, get it repaired, or offer you a refund based on your method of payment. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
